Shipping Policy

To make the experience easier, this policy applies to orders for single-cup tea products, tea boxes, discovery samplers, latte kits, boba selections, bundled gifts, and tea accessories. Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days before a parcel enters transit.

With customer care in mind, for a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or damaged shipment, contact us promptly with the order number, checkout email, tracking number when available, and photos of damage and packaging when relevant.

The important detail is that estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days after processing. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee because carrier conditions can change.

For a smooth resolution, any free-shipping offer is the one shown at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number so order and carrier notices can reach them.

Whenever support is required, tracking details are sent when available. Tracking events may take time to appear after a carrier accepts a parcel.

To make the experience easier, delivery restrictions may apply by destination, carrier, product, or service availability. We may request additional order details before opening or continuing a carrier investigation.
